Rhoda is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in Training & Organizational Development, Curriculum Design, Performance Management, and Project Management & Process Improvement. Rhoda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lindenwood University where she graduated Cum Laude, a Master of Training & Development and a second Master of Healthcare Administration, both from Webster University. Additionally, Rhoda earned Post Bachelorette Certificate in Project Management from St. Louis University and is a trained Six Sigma Green Belt. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the corporate world serving in leadership roles in Training, Quality Assurance, Project Implementation, Organizational Development, Performance Management and Talent Management.
Rhoda brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to every effort that she attempts.
